Loved the super comfy bed and modern bathroom with an awesome shower. The location near the metro was perfect for our sightseeing adventures!

Great sound isolation in the room, but alarm confusion was frustrating.

the hotel is definitely modern, but one would think they woudl at least provide a kettle in the room for tea lovers. also, the bed was quite small, which feels a bit petty when I had such high expectations. I almost gave a good review, but the unfriendly atmosphere really ruined it for me.

While the room was spacious, I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like a mini-fridge and kettle. Housekeeping only occurred every three days, which felt inadequate, especially for a longer stay. It was concerning when I requested clean towels and was informed there were none available, making me question the hotel's overall service standards.

fantastic access to parks and major attractions in the city

during my stay, I really appreciated how close it was to the Prater park for leisurely strolls and the impressive Belvedere Museum, both of which added so much enjoyment to my weekend explorations of Vienna. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable after a day out on the town.

The Queen Room with Inland View provided a comfortable sleeping environment, though not much else stood out. The proximity to local fast food joints and restaurants was a nice perk for quick meals after a long day of exploring.

Wi-Fi was a hassle. it barely held a connection and required constant re-authentication. The absence of a kettle, coffee machine, and mini-fridge was disappointing since I needed basic amenities. Pillows were giant and thick, which made for an uncomfortable neck after several nights. my room didn't get cleaned or towels changed during my family's two-night stay, and even the bar menu was underwhelming, lacking variety with no salads available. Finally, check-out notifications were overly premature, with staff knocking on doors before the stated time.

Take advantage of the lively lounge area for great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere after sightseeing.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the U3 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. We loved having good local restaurants and fast food options within walking distance, too!
